Biweekly music magazine getting ready to launch

UWS Journalism graduate Robert Blair is preparing to launch a new biweekly music magazine called Frequency, that will be distributed in cafes, bars and universities across the country.

Robert, who is also editor at the Mill Magazine said: “Suffice to say, I’m just a wee bit excited about it and I firmly believe that its potential to place the most vital new music in the hands of unsuspecting readers fills an important gap in our media landscape.”

Devised as a platform to spotlight exciting new talent and acquaint readers with the irrepressible ingenuity that exists within the country’s music scene, Robert is reaching out to UWS alumni in the music scence.

Robert added: “No matter the genre or how many monthly listeners you’ve got on Spotify, we’re just here to celebrate creativty and serve as an independent outlet that’ll help music lovers to stumble upon/learn more about their new favourite artists and foster meaningful connections.”
